This is a popup chrome layout featuring two cats from an unknown series. It's easy to use and it's really cute ^^ The navigation is up top.
Use
Just download the layout and unzip it. Upload everything in the zip file to your server and edit your content/navigation. Don't alter anything except to put your site name somewhere, but other than that just don't. It'll only bring you trouble.

This layout was made by me, Astrid, for you. You got this layout from Celestial Star Designs and you shouldn't take the link out. I got the brushes from Appassionato and the image I can't remember. Enjoy the layout and follow the rules~
